I went to several financial institutions, including Société Générale, Banque Atlantique, and Studely, but they told me that it’s possible to do an AVI with 38…€ if you are in West Africa, but in Cameroon, it’s not possible because the consulate does not accept it. So, even with free accommodation, you have to block the required amount (7380 euros).

@L2 a little research on this platform would have already let you know not to believe everything you’re told… I have a student who had a similar experience last year in Douala, Cameroon. He indeed did his AVI for 305 euros per month, after Studely and AVI Centre told him it was impossible (impossible is not Cameroonian, as they say), that he wouldn’t get his visa with blah blah blah… he got his visa.
