Irrevocable transfer certificate - visa application - processing time - late entry authorisation

Hello,
Please, I would like an answer to my concern that troubles me so much.
In fact, for my Avi, my parent withdrew funds from their Ecobank savings account to a newly created account at SCB for the Avi.

1- I would like to know if this method is a hindrance. If so, please how can the problem be remedied?
2- I would like to know if their bank statement for the last 3 months from Ecobank should be added to the file? If so, does the fact that they did not make transactions pose a hindrance?

Thank you in advance for the response.

Welcome @willy

Where are you applying for the visa?

In principle, it’s more up to the SCB bank to verify the source of the funds, but the procedure varies from one country/city to another.
If so, could the fact that she didn’t make transactions be a handicap?
Logically, movement or no movement shouldn’t be an issue, it’s a blocked account.

Best regards

Yes, the SCB bank has checked all the funds of the Avi.

So is it not important to include the Ecobank statement in the embassy file given that the SCB has already verified it? I am doing the procedure from Cameroon.

Thank you for your response.

Please, I would like to know if a missing document or an issue encountered with funds or accommodation can lead to a visa refusal under reason 4?

Any essential document (on the official list) missing = refusal on grounds 5.

Logically, no need, but if the embassy requires it, you provide it. Is it in Douala or Yaoundé.

at the Douala consulate. Is the accommodation certificate provided by the school sufficient for the visa application since I do not yet have a rental contract?

Assuming the wording is correct, the certificate provided by your school is sufficient. I myself had a certificate from my school.

That was indeed my question. Thank you 1- Is it possible to appeal on the basis of reason 5?

2- I applied for level 3, currently I am at level 2 and I do not yet have the end-of-year transcript. Will it cause a problem if I go to the consulate without this transcript in my file?

Thank you in advance

My brother is my guarantor. I would like to know how to specify the family relationship in my consulate file given that even on his residence permit there is no mention of the father’s and mother’s names.

Hello @willy

Yes, proof: Madagascar: Andry obtains his visa for Paris Nanterre after 2 consecutive refusals for reason 5!

Are you accepted at level 2 or 3? Have you received the end of procedure email?
Who said you should demonstrate that? Finally, if you wish, you just need to show that he has already paid things for you. For example, the payment of your tuition fees?

Yes, I received the end of procedure email. The semester 1 transcript is already available and I hesitate to include it in my consulate file because I don’t have outstanding grades. How should I proceed, please?

My consular appointment date is approaching and my AVI is not yet available. Can I generate the visa application form without adding the AVI, submit the documents at the consulate, and return later with the AVI for additional information?

@willy
Are you accepted at level 3?

Have you already had your Campus France interview? You need to add all the required documents even if the grades are not good. It is necessary for the study of the application.

Any incomplete application = visa refused.
Make sure you have your AVI before your appointment or change the date of your appointment until you have your AVI.

Good luck!

Yes, I have been accepted at level 3 and I have already completed my Campus France procedure. I have already submitted my application to the consulate. Please, I would like to know what additional touch or any extraordinary document I could add as supplementary information to enhance my application?

You’ve already submitted, how do you wish to perfect it further?

When I validated my Campus France file, my end-of-year transcript was not yet available. My transcript was released after my visit to the consulate.

I would like to submit my transcript as additional information to the consulate.

Please, could this cause a problem?

Hello @Dona_Stid @Andrew Today marks 2 months since I submitted my visa application and I still haven’t received a response. Will I be refused a visa given that the term started on 4th September?

Thank you in advance

If you submitted in Douala, it’s normal, given the recent turbulence. I know many people whose start date was last week, and this week they received their visa, and it was positive. Don’t worry, just be patient and arrange to get an exemption from your school to transfer to the consulate or embassy where you submitted. My start date was 4th September, and that’s what I did. Let’s just keep the faith.

Hello, if we have the waiver, do we send it to Campus France first, and then they will send it to the consulate, is that correct?

You send to the consulate
