1- I would like to know if this method is a hindrance. If so, please how can the problem be remedied?
2- I would like to know if their bank statement for the last 3 months from Ecobank should be added to the file? If so, does the fact that they did not make transactions pose a hindrance?

If you submitted in Douala, it’s normal, given the recent turbulence. I know many people whose start date was last week, and this week they received their visa, and it was positive. Don’t worry, just be patient and arrange to get an exemption from your school to transfer to the consulate or embassy where you submitted. My start date was 4th September, and that’s what I did.
