Welcome to the WIH community. It is not risky to have a self-employed person as a guarantor, provided that this person meets the required criteria to be a guarantor.
The documents to be provided are:
- The commercial register or a professional card to establish their activity.
- A recent patent notice and a payment receipt for this patent will be necessary to confirm their status.
- Their latest tax notice will be required to assess their fiscal situation.
- You will also need to submit three professional bank statements to better understand their finances related to their activity.
- Additionally, three personal bank statements may be necessary, depending on the situation, to have a complete overview of their financial resources, whether related to their professional or personal activity.
