If you have already confirmed your choice on your Campus France account, you now need to wait to receive the pre-registration agreement and the end of procedure email to proceed with your student visa application.

As for your entrepreneur guarantor residing in Cameroon, check with the French embassy, but the most reassuring solution would be to consider an Irrevocable Transfer Certificate.
