I am seeking your help, comments, and advice. I applied for a visa for my nephew who resides in Madagascar, for a minor student visa, as he needs to enter secondary school in France. Here are all the documents we submitted to the consulate, but we received a refusal with reason number 5. I do not understand why, as the file was complete, and we even added additional documents that were not required. The application was submitted on April 15, and the passport was retrieved on April 17, which seems very quick to me. Here is the list of documents we sent:

Copy of my nephew's birth certificate, in French and Malagasy, dated less than three months ago

With all this, we received a visa refusal without a clear explanation. I am looking for advice or potential reasons for this refusal, as we submitted a complete and detailed file. Thank you in advance for your help.
