Welcome @Vincentr
What are the exact reasons mentioned by the French embassy in Qatar?
She cannot have a bank account in Qatar, can we make an AVI without her having an account? I saw that the certificate model you provided does not indicate a bank for the student.
There are several ways to make an Irrevocable Transfer Certificate, AVI. The model just provides one possibility in case it is the guarantor who does it using their own bank account. In this case, it is the bank that guarantees the solvency of its client. It will be difficult, if not impossible, to establish such a certificate with a bank in France.
The most important thing in all cases, as I have explained well in the article, is to have the three characteristics: an amount (1) will be transferred permanently (2) and irrevocably (3) for 12 months.
My other question is about companies like Studely etc. I have seen a lot of bad reviews for Studely. I sent an email to VISA ETUDE FRANCE which might be better. But do you have reliable feedback on it? I can’t find any and I’m afraid they might be scams.
I personally know the founders of two companies. To make my comparison article, I had to discuss with them at length. As for the bad reviews on Studely, I cannot comment. But both are authorised actors for issuing an AVI in France.
Best regards!
