I am writing here in despair hoping to get some advice.
I am a Malian student in Morocco and I applied for a visa in Morocco.
I received refusal reason number 2 along with the return of my Studely opinion, which is in proper form.
Studely is reliable, yet I do not understand.
Or is it due to Franco-Malian tensions?
@Andrew thank you for your time! It was a notice of €615 per month (the deposit was paid in Mali) however I applied in Morocco due to the current situation. My university is public, and I have free accommodation.
How much does your school cost, you haven’t answered the question. Moreover, we are already in October, have you received the late entry authorisation from your school?
This is Sorbonne Paris North University My master’s costs €243 because I benefit from a partial exemption. Yes, the derogation extends until 31 October (the deadline is very short but your advice will be useful for a potential attempt next year)
It is certainly a poor assessment of your file by the consulate. In your place, I would submit the file with an explanatory letter. You still have a little time. Stay strong
