Hello I have a cousin who has a CROUS accommodation, a T3, and he lives alone. He is still a student. Is it possible for him to provide me with a certificate of accommodation for his CROUS housing? Kind regards

Hello, if he is staying at the Cross then he is not allowed to accommodate you, so I advise against it.

Now, if the student lives in a CROUS T3, ask him to check his rental contract to be sure whether he is allowed to accommodate someone or not. Normally, the contract specifies the number of people who can occupy the apartment.
