I submitted my preliminary agreement to Campus France for signing and stamping, but it’s been several days and they haven’t done it. I was told to come back another day. I would like to know why all these delays.

I understand your concern… But there’s something I didn’t understand… Did you submit the preliminary agreement to Campus France? So that it can be signed and stamped? The preliminary agreement is automatically generated on the campus-france platform only after being accepted by one or more schools. So there’s no need to sign or stamp it.
