Irrevocable transfer certificate 🙏

Good evening! Can someone who is not in France receive an AVI from France, meaning an account created in France and then send the documents to the country where the procedure is taking place?

Welcome @DIVASSABIBALOUSamarange

Yes, it’s possible. But the question is, will you manage to open an account in France to make the Irrevocable Transfer Certificate? Unless you use a specialised service.

Good luck!

Good evening @Andrew Thank you so much for this platform, it is undeniably helpful for us. I have a concern, please.

In fact, I have been admitted to a public university and my tuition amounts to 243 euros. In terms of resources, my cousin will provide me with an AVI of 7390 euros through the establishment Studely (the transfer will be made from France).

So, on the visa application form (on France visa), should I indicate that my stay will be funded BY MYSELF (cash) since I have an AVI, or by ANOTHER GUARANTOR (all expenses funded during the stay)? Given that I have to justify the source of funds (bank statement, tax notice, etc.) NB: his residence permit expires in October

Thank you for enlightening me, your response will be very valuable to me. God bless you

I really need your opinions to fill out the CERFA form and make an appointment for submission, please :palms_up_together::palms_up_together: Sorry if I didn’t ask my question under the indicated category.

Hello :waving_hand:t4: to you @L2 and welcome to @Esa_Community.

Regarding your concern, you will indicate on the visa application form that your stay will be financed by another SPONSOR and not by yourself. Indeed, the AVI already shows that the costs of your stay will be covered by your cousin who will be your sponsor and not by you.

You do not need to worry about their residence permit expiring in October. Residence permits are renewed two months before the expiration date.

You don’t need to worry.

Kind regards, :folded_hands:

Thank you very much @Moubarack_HASSAN
