No response from the consulate

Good evening, I hope you are well!

Does anyone know how to contact the consulate in Lomé? I submitted my visa application 4 weeks ago, and there’s been no response. My late entry is next Thursday. I contacted the Capago centre to add a new late entry exemption, but they tell me it’s impossible to add to the file. I tried emailing the consulate and contacting them by phone, but there’s no response.

What can I do? Please help me. Thank you.

Hello @Credo_Dandjinou I understand that this situation can be stressful.

The solution I can offer you is to persist more, as it can often seem difficult to get in touch with them. We have had cases of students who eventually received a response from the consulate after being persistent.

And if this alternative seems futile, you can go there in person if you have the possibility to do so.
