Have you completed the second year of a mathematics-focused bachelor’s degree? The Actuarial and Statistical Schools Competition (CEAS) is a unique opportunity to enter the first year (level L3) of actuarial or statistician training at one of the six prestigious schools in France. Examination from 13 to 14 May 2025 at one of the following centres: Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), Brest (France), Fort-de-France (Martinique), Le Mans (France), Libreville (Gabon), Lyon (France), Paris, Saint-Denis de La Réunion, Strasbourg (France), and Yaoundé (Cameroon). **Objective of the Competition: The competition aims to select students with a scientific baccalaureate (C, E, D) who have completed the second year of a mathematics-focused bachelor’s degree (Preparatory Classes or Mathematics or Mathematics-Economics Bachelor’s). Candidates must also have a good academic record and be able to afford the training costs in France.

- Certified copies of transcripts from the first and second years of the bachelor’s degree

Presentation of the Actuarial and Statistical Schools Competition (CEAS) Since 2014, six university programmes in actuarial and statistical fields have combined their written recruitment competition tests. The CEAS website provides detailed information about this competition and allows candidates to register online.
The tests include mathematics, French, English, and an optional test. Candidates can choose from several examination centres in France and abroad. The site also offers information on registration fees, past editions of the competition, and events like the Actuarial Week.
