The problem is, I have already paid the application fees and attended the interview, after which I received 7/7 rejections from the connected universities, so am I exempt from the application fees and interview this time? You need to contact Campus France by email or phone, they will be able to respond to you better.

Given that you did not receive any admission from the 7 institutions for which you attended your Campus France interview, you must retake your Campus France interview, and retaking the interview means paying the application fees again.
The good news, however, is that you have every chance of obtaining your visa, as we have encountered many cases like yours.

I strongly believe that it depends from one country to another because here in Turkey. If we have paid and received a refusal 7/7, we can opt for a non-connected institution and retake the interview for free provided that the session has not started. So I advise you to inquire about your Campus France…

You are right, but I think the most important thing to note here is that we must retake the Campus France interview.
Now, whether we pay the fees again or not, that’s another question.
