How to track a student visa application

Hello everyone, thank you for the advice as it helps us a lot. So I have an issue that I don’t understand. I submitted my student visa application and for 1 month there has been no response. I go to the website to track my application and here’s what it says: 1- my file is being processed at the Consulate General of Abidjan. Today I checked again and it still says that my file is being processed in France. Honestly, I’m a bit lost.

Hello @anonyme43

I understand that waiting is a trial, a period where time seems to stand still and uncertainties can weigh heavily. As you watch the shore in search of news, it’s natural to feel a bit lost. Remember that some people’s journey is a quick race, while others have a longer crossing.

If a month has passed since you applied for your student visa in Abidjan, know that your application is still being processed. We have seen other students whose applications took up to two months. Silence is not a sign of visa refusal, but simply the time needed for processing.

When does your school open its doors?

Please don’t hesitate to keep us informed of the outcome, as it will also help other students.

Best regards,
