- Either there is a problem blocking the AVI (yes, we knew a Moroccan student with an AVI made in a bank that the embassy did not accept) or the support (here, there are many elements to verify, salary alone is not enough, look at the story of this Beninese student),
- Or his SCAC opinion was unfavourable (which would explain the previous motif-4), in this case, it’s a simple human error by the operator, the reason he should have had is reason 4,
