Review of my file

Hello Madam,

My name is Brice, I reside in Cameroon, and I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing from 2021. I am currently employed at a local company. I have just discovered your platform for discussions on immigration matters for studying in France.

Indeed, I am preparing for a visa application at the French consulate in Douala on 23 August 2023.

I would like to inform you about the status of my application so that you can review it.

  • Acceptance at a private institution (MBA ESG Paris) for a Master’s in Marketing and Communication. Tuition: €8,900 per year
    I have paid a deposit of €3,000

I am financially supported by a friend in the United States
    For €615/month
I have a copy of his passport, his tax notice, his payslips, bank statements (May, June, and July), and a sponsorship letter signed by him only.

  • I have free accommodation (in Persan):
. Residence permit of the guarantor in France
    . His latest tax notice
. His lease contract (56m2 apartment)
. Rent, phone, and Canal subscription bills
Accommodation certificate signed by him only.

I would like to know if these elements could be favourable for obtaining the visa.

Kind regards.

Hello Telesphore

Regarding the attestation, it seems correct to me if the person is not already hosting other people

As for the financial support, there is a risk due to the fact that the person is in the United States. We have known cases of students from Cameroon where a student financial support with the guarantor residing in the United States was refused on this basis. Now things change over time. So you can try your luck and let us know if you get your visa or not.

As for the tuition fees, it remains important to think about how you plan to finance them.

Best regards
