Good evening everyone, I would like your opinions on my cover letter. :backhand_index_pointing_down: Also, is it necessary to justify the demotion?

Dear Sir or Madam, Currently a first-year master’s student in public law research specialising in public administration at Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, I wish to join the third-year undergraduate law programme at your university. After much research, it was the orientation, integration, and entrepreneurship service that most motivated me to choose the University of Rennes. Indeed, this service represents a real opportunity for me, as I have not had the chance to do an internship to perfect my theoretical training with practical experience. The quality of teaching also reinforced my choice. Having a genuine interest in law studies, I specialised in public law from my second year of undergraduate studies. During this course, in addition to the knowledge acquired, I was able to appreciate the vast career opportunities that this branch of law offers to public law students. It is with this in mind that I am submitting my application to pursue my professional project of becoming a lawyer specialising in public law. Opening my own law firm and working in the fields of public business law and public service law is my greatest dream. To successfully achieve this project, I first want to join your undergraduate law programme to immerse myself in the teaching methods of French higher education institutions, deepen my knowledge, and compensate for my lack of professional experience by doing internships. The next step will be to specialise in a master’s degree in public law, focusing on public advisory and litigation. This master’s programme will allow me, through the combination of theory and practice, to develop solid and up-to-date knowledge in general administrative litigation and specialised administrative litigation. The final step will be to return to Senegal to take the bar exam and complete the professional internship required for this purpose. Keen to develop both personally and intellectually, my sociability and eagerness to learn are qualities that will allow me to quickly find my bearings in this new environment. Furthermore, my studies have provided me with a good general culture, ease in research and writing, as well as great academic rigour.
