You will need to provide:
the trade register or a professional card to establish their activity.A recent patent notice and a payment receipt for this patent will be necessary to confirm their status.Their latest tax notice will be required to assess their fiscal situation.You will also need to submit three professional bank statements to better understand their finances related to their activity.
Additionally, three personal bank statements may be necessary, depending on the situation, to get a complete overview of their financial resources, whether related to their professional or personal activity.
That said, I think it’s better if they can provide you with an irrevocable transfer certificate .
