Why do you think you need an explanatory letter for this? How many grades have you regressed? Generally speaking, a regression of one grade is tolerated.

Indeed, I already have a master’s degree in water analysis and treatment… I have enrolled in a BTS in water management and control to specialise in the management of wastewater treatment plants, something that is not done in Congo… I note that throughout my studies I only had theoretical courses, no practical experience, which led me to turn towards professional training.
Did you manage to get your visa??
