NB: my uncle has a general trading and service company but I did not include any documents in the file
Accommodation aspect:
I included a certificate of accommodation from my aunt in the 15th arrondissement of Paris as I am to attend ISTEC,
I included her residence permit and the extension,
I included her sponsorship
I included an electricity bill
I included the tax notice
With all this, my visa was refused for reason 5.
What documents should I complete to RESUBMIT PLEASE my start date is 01/10/23.

What proves that after obtaining the visa you won’t take the money and return it? You need to make an irrevocable transfer certificate. Ask your bank to make an Avi for you.

I think that just including your uncle’s bank statements is not sufficient; besides the bank statements, you also need the payslips for the last three months, his employment certificate signed by his employer, and his employment contract if he is on a permanent contract.
