I have an uncle who is a LAWYER in the PARIS office, and he told me he would file an appeal for me. Therefore, I would like to know the procedures. Also, in Tours, enrolment ends on 24 August, and I was notified that I have 30 days to appeal. Should I also strengthen the documents for the appeal? Will they close the enrolment before me because I received my passport on 24 July, so 24 August would be 30 days, and their enrolment ends on the same day? I also wanted to know if my lawyer can go to Nantes now to file the appeal or if he should wait for the 30 days, or is it after the appeal that I have 30 days to resubmit?

There’s no time to lose! You should normally start the appeal process from the day you received the notification.
You have the option to make an informal appeal or a contentious appeal in Nantes.
