However, when she presented her first semester report card, the school she contacted in France accepted her for the first year in CPGE due to non-equivalence of subjects in the two programmes. For her consular file, she has free accommodation from a friend in France. Travel time is between 40 and 50 minutes from her school. Is this acceptable? Furthermore, her uncle, who has French nationality and a net monthly income of approximately €4000, has provided financial support of €615 per month and has supplied a copy of his identity card, his last three payslips, and his tax certificate. Is it necessary for him to provide the last three bank statements as well? Finally, we have already paid half of the tuition fees, which are €3200. Is it necessary to justify the payment of the other half? If so, by what means? Or can we pay the full fees and attach the payment receipt issued by the school to her file? 50 minutes of travel is acceptable assuming the accommodation meets the other surface area criteria.
Furthermore, her uncle, who has French nationality and a net monthly income of around €4000, has provided a sponsorship of €615 per month and has supplied a copy of his identity card, his last 3 payslips, and his tax certificate. Is it necessary for him to provide the last 3 bank statements?
It is advisable to add the last three bank statements because it allows checking whether the account is sufficiently funded at the end of each month to provide the sponsorship. We have seen this particularly for Benin, with reason 2, even though the salary was more than sufficient. (Benin - Visa granted after reason 2 and 5 for visa refusal)
Finally, we have already paid half of the tuition fees which are €3200. Is it necessary to justify the payment of the other half? If so, by what means? Or can we pay the full fees and attach the payment receipt issued by the school to her file?
The person providing the sponsorship can offer a larger amount to cover both living expenses and tuition fees.
