Admission to ITM Aix en Provence for a Bachelor's degree

My brother has been admitted to ITM in Aix en Provence for a Bachelor’s degree. The start date is scheduled for mid-October 2023. The school requires full payment of tuition fees in order to receive the enrolment certificate. It seems this is the policy for foreign students.

My questions are as follows:

  • Is it necessary to go through Campus France to have the interview?
  • In your opinion, will the application submitted in September be processed in time for an October start?
  • The application will be made at the consulate in Douala, Cameroon. Appointments are not available at the moment. How did you manage to get an appointment?
  • Would it be possible to obtain a proof of accommodation in Aix en Provence?

Be cautious with such institutions. At the very least, find out about refund conditions or not in case of visa refusal. But from experience, most of these private schools will refuse to refund you in case of visa refusal. Finally, at least you should know this before making any payment.

Campus France remains an essential step for almost all countries in Africa, countries with the so-called « Étude en France » procedure. For the appointment and processing time, it’s a real challenge. If others have tips for making an appointment, I am also interested.
