I wanted to know if the financial aspect is okay or if it might pose a problem? Should I add another guarantor in the DRC? Or should I ask my guarantor to increase the sponsorship amount? If we deduct the deposit of €3,500, you have €8,880 remaining. Either you add another guarantor or you make a bank statement. Also, just one last question, have you checked if the school is recognised by the RNCP (by the French state)?

This is an RNCP level 6 recognised diploma and an accredited degree that allows you to pursue a national master’s or doctorate (public university).

Hello @Moubarack_HASSAN Yes, my guarantors are solvent. Unfortunately, we are part of a distant family. I grew up with my second guarantor who has no family ties with me but he has covered all my schooling and expenses. As for the first guarantor, he is a member of my extended family. However, I have inquired in my country and a family relationship is not necessarily required, so I was reassured about that. That said, should I write an explanatory letter or is it simply fine as it is?

@Halle_456, which country are you in? If you have checked with the embassy for the official 2023 list of required documents for the student visa, you will know what remains to be done.
Therefore, if your country allows flexibility regarding family ties, then you will no longer need an explanatory letter. However, to maximise your chances, you should provide as much evidence as possible to show that it is genuine support, and not just to obtain the visa. All the best to you .

As a general rule, it is important to know that the consulate is aware that there are many fake sponsorships, i.e., sponsorships that are not actually sponsorships, because once the student arrives in France, the person does not actually transfer the money to them. To maximise your chances of success, you need to provide as much evidence as possible to demonstrate that it is a genuine sponsorship.

No need. If you can genuinely prove that you will receive a minimum amount of €615 each month permanently and irrevocably, that is sufficient. This is why blocked accounts are often preferred, but you don’t need that. You can read Calcul pour voir la solvabilité de mon garant

To prove your sponsorship, your guarantor can simply have the sponsorship letter, their ID, and their domicile legalised at the town hall of their place of residence. You are in the DRC, so it’s not very necessary to prove family ties.

Sorry for the refusal. But upon reading your file and the history, reason 5 seems logical to me. If you want us to help you decipher your file, you need to be clear about the setup of your student visa application.
First, your school costs 12,380 euros, with a deposit of 3,500 euros. You need to justify how you will pay the rest of your tuition, approximately 9,000 euros, plus living expenses (615 euros x 12).

For example, you tell us that your guarantor earns between 3,000 and 5,000 euros, with three shares. In which country is he? Is he on a permanent or fixed-term contract, or self-employed?
You mention $80,000 in the company account, is the company acting as your guarantor or is it an individual? If it’s an individual, why are you presenting a company’s bank account? Furthermore, $80,000 equals how much in euros?
The simplest way would be to make an AVI of 615 euros x 12. And the sponsorship should only cover your tuition fees.
As for accommodation, how many kilometres does your first guarantor live from your school? How many square metres is his accommodation? Does it meet the material conditions to host you?
