I want to know if, after receiving a refusal for reason 5, it is recommended to include the school’s payment receipt during my second appointment? Knowing that my brother who lives in Germany paid my registration fees.

It’s hard to say without really knowing what’s holding up your application.
Did you apply for your visa in Tunisia? Private or public school? AVI, sponsorship or bank statement? How much does your school cost? How much have you already paid?

Yes, I applied for the first time, I received a reason 5, to be honest, the Campus France interview wasn’t bad.. I showed my objectives for this master’s and everything.. and for the application I did like my schoolmates.. except for the accommodation I provided a proof of accommodation + EDF + ID card of a family friend, I didn’t show the connection, there wasn’t enough data to know, for example, the size of the house or something like that.. so I was thinking it’s 80% because of that.. but otherwise the course is €11k and I paid €2500.
What’s the name of your school? You paid 2500 euros out of 11,000 euros, how did you justify the payment for the rest of your tuition? Sponsorship? Irrevocable Transfer Certificate (AVI)? You mentioned your friends, from the same school? Did they get their visa?
For your first application, did you have a sponsorship?
Generally, reason 5 has no connection with the Campus France interview which is more related to the coherence of your study project, so reason 4.
At first glance, it seems to me that your problem lies elsewhere, especially your means of subsistence, and the payment of your tuition fees. Moreover, you don’t need to have a family link for a housing certificate..
