Hello, when did you make the deposit and how long after did you receive the message? In my opinion, the problem comes from the school deposit which has not yet been settled. Consider paying the tuition fees, and the second guarantor should submit the documents from his company to prove to the consulate that this company is indeed his. Additionally, please include your birth certificates, the son, the mother, and the father for the family link, and also arrange his home insurance and travel insurance. The landlord is not required to provide his ID.

How much do his father and your friend earn per month? Because we need to check the solvency of their account to confirm that they meet the conditions to be a guarantor.
For example, if the guarantor is a single man, theoretically, he must justify net monthly resources of at least €1,944.05 to be eligible to provide sponsorship.
So in your case, we have: 1329.5 + 615 + 150*4 = €2,544.05 for sponsorship.
Furthermore, he must justify how he plans to pay his tuition fees. Because there must be proof that he can pay his tuition in full

You don’t necessarily need to pay the full tuition fee. If you plan to reapply, here’s the setup I recommend:
- You need to make an Irrevocable Transfer Certificate, with the effective blocking of the subsistence amount, i.e., 615 euros x 12 in a bank account,
- If his father’s bank statement shows he has enough money, he should make a commitment to cover the tuition fees. He must indicate that he will pay according to the terms requested by the school, for example, in three or two instalments. To give more credibility, this commitment should be legalised at the town hall of his place of residence. As we saw in Benin, solvency is verified not only on payslips but also on bank statements.

Depositing a cheque is a solution, but the school still needs to provide you with a document to include in the application.
